North Carolina School Nutrition Association

School Nutrition Workshop

Greensboro, NC

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro collaborated with the North Carolina School Nutrition Association to host a cooking workshop for North Carolina cafeteria staff from schools in North Carolina. I was able to create a menu with 30 different recipes including nutrition facts and informational graphics for the individuals attending the workshop.
